How LabelMaker reviews label guidance
LabelMaker publishes commercial product pages and practical guides. This page explains how we separate current product facts from starting-point advice, how review dates work, and how to request a correction.

What we verify before publishing
Product behavior
We check guidance against the current public workflow, product configuration, and rendered page behavior. A planned feature is not described as available.
Prices and minimums
Price examples are calculated from the same size, shape, quantity, and material logic used by checkout. The live quote remains the order-specific source of truth.
Print and operating claims
We reconcile copy with the current print specifications, terms, and supported product settings. Where sources conflict, the public guide uses the narrower claim until the operation is confirmed.
Sizes and measurements
Configured sizes are presented as starting points, not universal fits. We tell readers to measure and test the actual filled or assembled package before ordering.
Customer evidence
We do not invent testimonials, outcomes, test results, or customer identities. Named work, images, quotes, and results require permission before publication.
Limits of the guidance
Material, adhesive, condensation, oil, refrigeration, outdoor, and submersion performance depend on the package, surface, environment, application, and production lot. A guide cannot replace a physical test for the intended use.
LabelMaker does not provide legal, regulatory, food-labeling, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for required statements, claims, warnings, nutrition information, and jurisdiction-specific rules.
How review dates work
A page's review date changes only after its claims, examples, source basis, or current product behavior are materially checked. A new deployment or automated build does not by itself make guidance newer. Older unchanged pages may therefore have no sitemap modification date.
Software-assisted work
LabelMaker uses software-assisted workflows, including generative tools, in product development, drafting, and prototyping. Generated text, images, or estimates are not treated as evidence. Published claims must still trace to current product behavior, documented source material, a reproducible calculation, or permissioned real-world evidence.

These guides are published by LabelMaker, which sells the design and print-ordering services described on this site. Guides may link to LabelMaker tools and order pages. We do not present paid placements, generated concepts, or unverified customer work as independent endorsements.
